1. Introduction

3. Account Registration and Security

• Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
• kou9 may suspend or restrict account access at any time pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC is successfully completed.
• You must keep your contact details, including your registered mobile number, current and accurate at all times. kou9 uses your registered number for account security, payment verification and support communications.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

kou9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). All transactions are conducted through the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the platform, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa and Mastercard. kou9 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges — you are responsible for checking with your provider.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the payment network. kou9 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or network outages.
• Withdrawals requested to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of peak demand or for accounts requiring additional verification.
• kou9 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request if the applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus have not been met at the time the request is submitted.
• All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information on your kou9 account. Payments made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the associated funds held pending investigation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via new accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.

• Free spins, where offered, carry their own specific terms including maximum winnings that may be converted to withdrawable cash. Free spin winnings that exceed the stated cap are forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent until all wagering requirements have been fully met. Bonuses cannot be used to fund withdrawals directly.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kou9 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kou9 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to have engaged in any of the following, and to withhold or forfeit any balances associated with such account.

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros or any third-party software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing account access or exploiting multiplayer game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities, or use any method to circumvent the platform's random number generation systems.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, financing of illegal activities or any other criminal purpose.
• Opening or operating more than one account, including using another person's identity or payment details to register a duplicate account.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening kou9 support staff or other players via any communication channel.

7. Intellectual Property
